Yes, and in all buildings with public acces including the covered areas, platforms and pedestrian tunnels, of railway stations, and even in the covered seat area of bus shelters.

Yes it is,but most clubs and pubs have built outdoor smoking areas . They want your business and some of the smoking areas are under cover with tables and seats.
