Have u ever pooped in ur pants when running?

ur right!, only a true runner has pooped his pants, its like a rite of passage.

All the time, so i just stopped wearing pants. Now I don't have to clean up the mess

I´m sure that must have turned some heads lol, but it is an ecologically friendly way of doing it; you don´t have to waste electricity in the washing machine, and the "produce" can be a fertiliser.
but not very discrete though.

    Yes I have before, unfortunately. It happens to the best of us sooner or later... And yeah, it always seems to happen as you are sprinting to your house because you can't hold it in any longer... It happened to me right as I got into my bathroom... 5 more seconds was all I needed, but did my body let that happen? NOPE!

    No but i do believe that some elite runners may have due to stomach craps etc as they loose seconds when that happens.

    Remember paula radcliffe bending down an peeing, i think it was the 2005 London Marathon.

    I ran a marathon once and had some diarrhea the day before and I think some "stuff" leaked out while I was running.
