How can i get my US birth certificate if i live in Liberia?

I wanna go back to the states on the 29, my passport's expired and im trying to renew it but i cant cause i lost my birth certificate due to moving from country to country. how can i get one when i live in Liberia?

All you need to renew your passport is your expired passport + 2 photos + a completed application form + the fee. Go to the US Embassy to submit the application.

If you can't print the application form from the website the Embassy will have blank forms. They may even have photo services.

Go to the nearest American Embassy, they will help you if you are an American citizen.
That is the only way to do it if you have lost your birth certificate.
And who is daft enough to let their passport expire when they are in a foreign country ?
