Travelling by qatar airways and stopping at doha airport for 22 hours!! how can i get a hotel or lounge.?

i have heard you get a lounge but am not sure if its just for business and first class only. Does the lounge include a bed to sleep on or is it just chairs. Also i have a british passport so how much would they charge for me to go out and any suggestions on where i can go? Thanks!

while your on the airplane ask the attendants, they can give you excellent places to go, they take that route often and have really good advice. also you can ask the people at the ticket counter or clerks at the venues at the airport, they don't get paid very much and would have some ideas on places to stay for good rates.
