Which Hotel in Las Vegas?

I am off to Las Vegas in August, for 7 days. I have a choice of 2 hotels to pick from, just because of the price. Its the Luxor and Treasure Island (TI). Which one should i book? If not either of these, which other one could i book. My budget it £350 for 2 people. I'm from the UK.

It depends on which 7 days because it can include one or two Friday nights. Friday and Saturdays are often twice as expensive as week days.

Your budget works out to only about $80 per night for the hotel. That seems kind of low for Treasure Island so make sure it includes all taxes and resort fees. If it does, then Treasure Island is the better choice due to its location.

I really hate to recommend hotels to people unless I know what their needs are. Some people spend little time in their hotel room and when they do they are asleep. A lot of expensive decor and amenities are a waste for such people. Others spend a lot of time lounging or entertaining in their hotel and require high end accommodations.

But as a general rule, Treasure Island will certainly serve most visitors well. The reason people keep talking about location is that the hotels are enormous and there is a lot of walking or transportation involved. Most find it worth an additional cost to have a hotel that puts them where they want to be.

Treasure Island is more central but both hotels are good choice. Book directly from the hotels using their discount codes.

Treasure Island has recently renovated their rooms and is in a more central location.

I would go for Treasure Island if you are getting it for the same price, it is much better located.
