Any good hotels en-route from santander to alicante?

Here's a very useful link for you.

It recommends the route, calculates the distance, cost of petrol and toll charges, and gives very precise details of where to turn off etc.

I entered Santander > Murcia. You can also enter street names of departure point and arrival point.

There is also an option to look for hotels en route.

Hi there - would highly suggest http://gekko.com whils't also recommending hotels - each one has its own unique description - its almost like having a travel agent sitting next to you and helping plan your itinerary - its great

You can do it non-stop (ok, just stopping for refueling, eating, toilet, having a break,..) if you start off early in the morning. Otherwise, look for hotels in Madrid, plenty of them.

I drove from Santander to Malaga in a day. To Alicante isn´t as far. The roads are good and it´s not a bad drive. Michelin maps are pretty good and a great help.
