Travel help - Glasgow Airport - Leipzig (for Game Conference)?

A friend and I plan to go to Leipzig for the Game Conference

We plan to Arrive on the 30th A day before the conference and fly back on the 3rd a day after the conference. The hotel is 5km Away from the conference its called PRECISE ACCENTO
LEIPZIG I think.

Looking at flights we saw easy jet doing £199 return for the both of us but to Berlin, the thing is what's the best cheapest fastest route to Berlin and that hotel and back again from the hotel to the airport in Berlin

Alternatively Does anyone know of any direct (Return) flights (Cheap as to Berlin or roundabout) from Glasgow to Leipzig then from that airport to the hotel and back again?

Additional Details

The Airport we're hoping to fly from is Glasgow Airport not Glasgow Prestwick though we will fly from Prestwick as a last resort

Check out FlyGlasgow.net It lists all flights to/from Glasgow.

No direct flights to Leipzig, but you can fly direct to Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover and Stuttgart.
