Crop circles........any ideas?

How are they made....its not random vandalism....they are beautiful works of art.... who does it....when viewing them, point of entry and exit isn't obvious and they are perfectly symmetrical , also they are only fully appreciated from the air.

So who makes them and how?????

There are three ingredients for making crop circles:
1: Students
2: Some string, and
3: Planks of wood of varying sizes.

Proven by (Dutch?) Scientist that some crop circles are created by Electro Magnetic Points of Energy positioned 'perfectly' relative to the ground. Some of these impressions contain Mathematical codes e.g. binary etc. Look on You Tube (Amazing whats out there! ; ) Good luck.

The idea that I have about it, while I could be wrong; is that the crop circles may very well have been made by God. It appears that since we may be living in the last days before the terrible 7 year Tribulation that God may be trying to tell us something..............

Then again fallen angels (demons) may just as well had made the crop circles to use as some kind of map, reference points or something.

However I have to admit that I've been puzzled about it like everybody else and I do find it very hard to believe that the crop circles are made by pranksters. The crop circles are way too perfect to have been had done by pranksters in just a few minutes to a few hours. It would require planning done by engineers and very skilled work over many days with only a couple of people or a large number of people (too many so attention would be attracted) for crop circles to be done only a few minutes to a few hours. The crops having been pushed down without the stems being broken apart would be very hard to do with pranksters using planks since planks would act as a very dull blade if attempts are made to make crop circles quickly. Also, if they were made by pranksters; then there would had been news of pranksters being arrested for trespassing and vandalism.

Crop circles have been described as frozen music. They appear to be messages from a higher intelligence, extraterrestrial or extradimensional entities. Some could not be made by humans. Some are three dimensional pictures, some have advanced sacred geometry, some are clearly messages. There is great acoustics in them and people can feel the energy. Lights have been seen in the sky over crop circles, not necessarily physical ships. They could be made by some sort of plasma. The crops aren't broken, only bent. Traces of substances have been found at sites that suggest they weren't made by humans. Some were made by humans but some are way too complex. A team of scientists made one and they could only make a simple one. Images that have appeared such as a dna double helix and an alien face could be replies to the images nasa sent into space that include our DNA and a picture of a man and a woman.

There messages from inter dimensional beings which have been called many names like Fairies , Elves , Nephilim and today The Greys etc. Look at Celtic and other folklore you will see similarities with modern contacts with Aliens like abductions in celtic folklore the fairies would take you away and there would be disparity with time or infants would be replaced with changelings when it comes to Crop Circles there is the Fairy Rings or Devils nests etc . They come from a Parallel Universe and enter at certain points on the earth in Britain the ancients marked them with sacred sites and stone circles and mounds as did other cultures some amazing feats of engineering ok sounds fantastic but hey its a great theory from looking at folk lore any one got any better ideas? By the way the idea that people have been going out at night and creating them with planks and not being caught is absurd sadly some old geezers claimed this was it Doug and some one else the Today newspaper now out of circulation reported this its rubbish . 1) Genuine patterns don't have broken wheat 2) It has great geometric and mathematical properties 3) Various phenomena has been witnessed near or in these patterns 4) A fake is so easy to spot there have been some not really impressive. Thanks Aussie Witch for informative answer that is similar to what i was saying about Fairy Rings in Celtic folk lore yes it is a shame how many are brain washed and follow the herd and dont think for themselves prefering a safe position scared of mokery i think there is a lot of truth in folk lore the ancients know much more about the earth then we do.

The original "crop circle" was not in a crop, but in some reeds in a swamp near Tully, north Queensland, Australia. That made a bit of splash in the media in about 1966, it was supposed to be a "flying saucer nest". I remember it because I lived in Queensland then and I was just finishing high school when it happened.

At the time an Englishman was in Australia but later returned to England. Years later he and a friend decided to have a joke on the local UFO nuts by creating something like the flying saucer nest. The two men were Doug Bower and Dave Chorley. One or both of them was a landscape gardener, so they knew about surveying and plants.

So they began making crop circles. When I heardf about the first one I remembered the Tully flying saucer nest and grinned.

One of your answers mentioned ley lines. Back in the 1920s a keen photographer called Alfed Watkins began to notice what he claimed were ancient straight paths across the English countryside. He published a couple of small books about it but geographers at the time were not convinced they were real. In any case, Watkins did not believe they had anything "weird" about them, just that they were there.

But in the 1960s and early 1970s, even before Bower and Chorley made the first crop circles, UFO whackos in England had begun to claim that UFOs followed the ley lines. Since anyone could easily find out where the lines were supposed to be, particularly people like landscape gardeners and architects, I would not be surprised if Bower and Chorley deliberately put the circles on the supposed ley lines to freak out the UFO nuts even more.

At least one crop circle has shown the Mozilla Firefox logo. Aliens did that? I ask you.

There was a programme on UK TV,
a couple of old chaps, showed how they formed crop circles using bits of wood and rope.
they formed very elaborate designs without leaving any entry or exit trails to the sites.
even after watching how it was done, there were still viewers who insisted that the work could only be completed by "Aliens".

Since appearing in the media in the 1970s, crop circles have become the subject of various paranormal and fringe beliefs, ranging from the hypothesis that they are created by freak meteorological phenomena to the belief that they represent messages from extraterrestrials.

According to material published by the BLT institute, anomalies found at some circle sites in England and the US are consistent with them having been created when localized columns of ionized air (dubbed plasma vo
rtices/vortexes) form over standing crops. Minuscule spheres of magnetic iron have also been found, distributed either around the perimeter of the circle or linearly, which suggests a very complex delivery system. Bent or extended nodes in the stems of cereal grasses too have been found, suggesting that the crop has been subjected to a very rapid electromagnetic burst, causing the moisture inside the stems to expand, stretching or bending the nodes to almost three times their length. Holes have been found in the nodes, suggesting a rapid microwave burst, causing the moisture to turn into steam, which then forces its way out, leaving expulsion cavities.
Other hypotheses attribute them to atmospheric phenomena, such as freak tornadoes or ball lightning.

The location of many crop circles near ancient sites such as Stonehenge, barrows, and chalk horses has led to many New Age belief systems incorporating crop circles, including the beliefs that they are formed in relation to ley lines and that they give off energy that can be detected through dowsing. New Age followers sometimes gather at crop-circle sites in order to meditate, or because they believe that they can use the circle in order to contact spirits

UFOs and other lights in the sky have been reported in connection with many crop-circle sites, leading to them becoming associated with UFOs and aliens. Some people claim to have seen images of UFOs forming crop circles or overflying them, though photographs have been dismissed by skeptics as being indistinct or clear hoaxes.

Notice they are symmetrical geometric forms - done with ropes and pegs (also wooden boards). In other words geometric shapes can be worked out beforehand and they automatically scale on the ground according to the lengths of the ropes used. It's exactly the same principle that was used to set out the design of Stonehenge on the ground over 4,000 years ago.

If you want to find out how geometric forms were set out in prehistory see the pages below.

Ever played with that kids drawing game, Spirograph (I think it was called)? Or messed around with geometry? With a bit of graph paper and understanding scale it would be very easy.

Point of entry. Farmers have to spray crops, there are tractor marks, there is your point of entry. They are like train tracks across the field.

Crop Circles have been recorded since the 8th century BCE..During the Middle Ages they were called "Witch Circles"... So for nigh of 3,000 years their messages have fallen on deaf ears...
I believe that Crop Circles are made by Light Beings who are inter-dimensional travellers, and they are a message for us..They are designed to awaken something latent in our DNA...We recognize shapes and symbols as we have been drawing since our conception, and Crop Circles are just that, Sacred Geometry....
The Universal Law of non-intervention states that no entity can interfere with the evolution of another species... That is why their message to us is very subtle and cryptic and whithin in the Universal Law...
Anyone who believes they are man-made are totally ignorant and know absolutely nothing about this amazing phenomena.
In the 1990's two idiots in England said "We made them all", and the media jumped on this and that is why there is so much scepticism today; if they were truly responsible then they would have had to have made over 1,000 in 3 1/2 months, bull sh!t they were liars...
I will tell you about the Catherine Wheel Crop Circle, it was made up of 409 ( sure that is the # ) individual circles, it appeared on a cold rainy night in USA ( forget which state) it is the largest Crop Circle ever recorded..
These Crop Circles are of the most complex geometrical designs and to say they are man-made is total lunacy... There are even Crop Circles in 8 bit binary encoding in hexadecimal form with English alphabet letters represented by ASCII character sets used by computer programmers since the 1960s. To translate the code, you have to start at the center and spiral outward, counterclockwise.
Nobody would be capable of making these with a string-line, some boards a tape measure and a compass, impossible..

I will give you a couple of web-pages to look at and if you sceptics still think a few people could make them then you are very sad people indeed...
    http://www.greatdreams.com/crop/2006ccs/…
    http://www.greatdreams.com/crop/99whthrs…
    http://www.jref.com/forum/showthread.php…
This last site has reference to the 8 bit binary Crop Circle and many pictures of other Crop Circles...
Any Christians who read this and scoff, grab your Bible and look up Acts 2 : 19.. There it is even in your book...

I have a DVD titled "Star Dreams", it is the most up to date and imformative documentary on Crop Circles I have ever seen, I also have over 12 books on Crop Circles, Ice Circles, Sand Circles etc... And if you still don't believe once you have watched this DVD and get the real facts then you are brain-dead....
    In Light... )O(

Edit:- I just remembered something else.. There is also a white crystal powder found inside many Crop Circles... This powder arises from a natural friction temperature of more than 3,000 degrees Celsius, and it is of unknown origin... It is a silicone-hydrogen compound that is so pure that it is actually too expensive to make... I could explain more about this powder but it is too long and drawn out...
Explain that those of you who think they are man made !!!

Edit again:- Thumbs down from absolute ignorant morons who would probably find it hard to even tie their own shoe laces by themselves... What do you really know about Crop Circles ??? How much have you read about them ??? Even top scientists have given them credibility !!! You people are indeed sheep and deserve to stay in your own very tiny man made world, with your man made "God" and be fed lies... You are pathetic excuses of what we truly are !!!

Humans make them i have made some with friends you use wood planks to push down the crops and when u don't have that you just go in between the crops so it looks normal i have seen some where i was like man that's insane and would take all night but its pretty easy to make some interesting designs hope i helped

They tie a rope to a plank of wood and anchor the rope in what is going to be the middle. Keep the line tight and walk around in circles pushing the crop down. Perfect circle.
