Luncheon meat is an older term for "deli". i.e. salami, bologna, ham, anything you'd put on a sandwich. In the 50's you could get sandwiches at a "luncheonette" (not that I remember) Any of those you can get at the deli area in the grocery store. Beef curtains sounds like a shredded beef or pork; kind of like over boiled meats that you'd make in a slow cooker? Sometimes pork that you could eat in a barbeque sauce. The second one I'm positive on.
