LG Secret Phone help?

Question

I just got one from orange yesterday, and I want to connect it to the computer. It's connected through the USB, and I put the disc in the computer, and it installed something but my phone still wont connect?
I was to put music onto my phone, and put photos which I have taken on the phone onto the computer. Help anyone?

I've come across this with a few LG handsets, its because the phone is connected in the wrong mode.

If you go into the settings menu, you'll see an option for 'USB Connection'

change this from PC suite to always ask.

next time you plug it in to your PC you'll be asked on the phone what mode you want to connect in. Select music mode and then launch the LG music app and it should see your phone and let you transfer your music over.

You could try to reboot both the PC and the phone and then after powering up both, connect the phone again...
