No. Almost all rooms in Las Vegas have windows that do not open. They are at least double insulated and makes them soundproof. People pay extra for a room with a fountain view.

it didnt bother me. but i amuse to water fountains. and you can get a room not close to the fountains. goodluck and enjoy ur stay.

NO it is quite a distance from the hotel rooms.
And they are sound proof.

We stayed across from the fountains at Planet Hollywood and were never bothered by the fountains because we could only see them, never hear them. If you don't like the look of the fountains you can simply close your curtains or get a room with a mountain view.

No it is way out front of the hotel and in no way impacts on the hotel
