If I Were To Go On Holiday To Germany, Can You Suggest Any Places I Should Visit?

I'm trying to persuade my parents that we should go on holiday to Germany. I live in England and would love to go to Gemany. I would like to do stuff that would appeal to everyone so I'm thinking shopping, a bit of history and as Im really into Tokio Hotel I would love something to be related to that.

Go to Garmisch-Partenkirken. Im 22 & its the best place ive ever been.
The scenery is just beautiful. Theres little trains going up into the snowy mountains. Yes theres still snow on the mountains in the summer.
Theres lovely lakes & the houses are painted with flowers. You can get a train from there to the big city Munich.
I want to go back there again!

Go to Berlin Airport and come back and spend your money in the UK! Plenty to see and do in the UK - and we speak great English!

I've been to Munich and thought it was really nice so would recommend that. On the other hand I can think of a million more appealing places to go on holiday rather than Germany...

It's a big country, so I'd suggest picking a region and staying there.

Munich is great, and just a train ride form Salzburg. Berlin is also very interesting, as are all the other cities. Nuremburg is really pretty.
