We are driving from brindisi to palermo, anyone got any recommendations for places to visit or cheap hotels?

Well about places to visit Alberobello (near Bari) or Castellana Caves (near Bari).
Going in Sicily by car you have to go in Calabria region, so why don't go to see Riace's bronzes in Regio Calabria?

When u go to Palermo u must go to Mondello Beach! it is absolutely amazing! & also the Cathedral in Monreale it is made of 24 carat gold the whole entire church! have fun!! so jeallous!
