How do i remove permanent ink from a marker pen from a white skirt ? Does anyone have any good tips ?

I have used hairspray, nail polish remover, alcohol, and saliva (weird, I know) to remove sharpie from clothes.

hairspray removes ink from clothes, but make sure you test a little bit first in case your hairspray leaves marks.

If you have access to ethanol (perhaps in your school's Chemistry lab), make a 95% solution (95 parts ethanol to 5 parts water) & apply directly to the stain. Rinse thoroughly with water and wash as usual.
If ethanol is not available, you can try spraying hairspray directly (& heavily) onto the stains before placing uniform in the wash.

Get some methalated spirit, rub well into stain, it will start moving. Problem here is that meths evaporates fast, so you need to 'lift' the stain while its moving, some Swarfega (Halfords, Car accesory shop) Rub the Swarfega in, then wash off. You may need to do this more than once, but it will lift the stain without the permanent damage that bleach may cause.
Try the technique on a scrap of cloth first.....
