Why is the volume not working?

When I go to Sound, then Playback, it says "no audio devices are installed". My inbuilt speakers were fine yesterday, so what's happened? Aahhh! Please help!

Check the speaker icon bottom right and make sure you are not on mute. If not then you will nee another audio driver. If you click on my avatar and email with the exact model of your computer i will find the audio driver that you need and email you with the link.

Go to control panel then click on system.
then when that comes up click on hardware and then click on "DEVICE MANAGER"
then click on "SOUND, VIDEO AND GAME CONTROLLERS"
have a look at which sound has a yellow question mark on it and once you seen one with it click disable..
then wait and after that click enable then you'll be fine
i hope this helps same thing happened to me!
