Mark Aspinall had his conviction overturned on appeal and also the court heard a glowing service appraisal by one of his seniors in the armed forces. He was in the REME and out there in the real shiit ! A place where that fat cop would crap himself daily.

The typical example meathead coward fa g go t biffing him up and looking around to see if anyone is witnessing it holds the lofty occupation simply described to the court as a " van driver." After the overturned appeal victory for Mark the filth " refused to comment." What a tosser !!
Also he is a "special constable".
A bloody jobsworth part timer. A brown nose.

He must have had plenty to say in order to fit the victim up which obviously was done by collusion.

The gutless basstard wouldn't even squeak after the appeal case though. No apology. If I'd been the judge I'd have ordered him to apologise in person in court then given him two years for GBH. As I've said earlier about these thugs in a coppers hat. Usual brawn no brains syndrome.

Mark cleared his name and walked with dignity and honour.

This is ironic from the Daily Mirror - the paper that slammed the British army for brutality in Iraq that later proved to be lies.
The police have to deal with a lot of dangerous drunken people but this was a case of mistaken identity. They thought this man was stopping paramedics from doing their work. I think it was an honest mistake by the police.

why should it matter if he has fought for the country,he is clearly tauting the police,it's not right the way he was treated,but he is a civilian who was taunting the police,is he to be treated any different to anybody else just because he's served his country?surely he should know better,respect has to be earned!!

Not everyone in the Police Force is the same.
He was resisiting arrest,but yes,those 3 punches in the back were uncalled for. He was already cuffed.

Spend 1 week working the streets and dealing with daily thuggery and trouble.Its hardly surprising some coppers cant handle it and resort to agressive actions.

The police force these days seems to have been infested with violent cowards who hide behind their uniforms and powers.

I'm sure there must be some goods ones left but if they are that "good" why aren't they reporting their criminal colleagues?

After viewing this and many similar events I have to say that I have zero respect for them and I wouldn't get involved if I saw one in trouble.

Also, to clear things up - I wouldn't dial 999 for the police if anything happened to me or my family. I would deal with it myself.


It's time to rise up people and to say "NO!!" to what is happening to OUR country.

I saw that the other day. Those cops are just pigs really.

They aren't all like that. I had one nice lady police officer turn up the other day. She came to tell us something personally because she was a nice person. She didn't have to.

I do know that a hiding can be expected from some of them if you are bolshy in my town.
