Where is the best place to hold a conference in Nehterlands?
It needs to be near schiphol airport but not in Amsterdam city center as this will cost to much, you should be able to reach the hotel easily by means of public transport - it will consist of 25 people

I suggest you look to cities like Hoofddorp (easy by train from Schiphol) or Amstelveen.

They have several facilities, and should be able to help you at a lower amount that within the city center.

having said that, with the current economic situation, you could actually find yourself a deal in the center or at the airport at a nice price as well.

Also, many hotels offer a conference option as well. Why not check the hotel you are staying at?

At Schiphol they have a lot of hotels and conference centers, otherwise go to amsterdam which is easy accesable by metro or taxi
