There are lots of places in Africa and Asia where supposedly legit British passports are offered. You may obtain them but can be sure that you would never enter a plane to the United Kingdom (UK) on them and if ever you would be rejected by the U.K. Border Agency Officers once they have checked it through their scanner system.

You cannot BUY them.

you have to apply and pay a processing fee.
If you are are a citizen, you will get one.
If you are NOT a british citizen, then you will NOT get one.
