The Radisson Slavyanskaya is great, but completely different than the one I recommended to you for Saint Petersburg. It is a big business center. The rooms are nice and clean and there is a great bar downstairs and the breakfast there is one of the best I've ever had. Champagne, smoked salmon, fresh pastries and everything you could think of, a mix of France and Russia. The sauna and pool are great, and all included in the room fee, of course. Another plus is that it is right next to the train station, so even though it isn't located very near any of the landmarks, you can take the metro anywhere, or take the ten minute walk to the Arbat. The only thing I'm not sure about is the price- it might be pretty expensive, I really can't remember.
And PS- The restaurant across the street from the hotel on the river (it is a permanently docked boat) has really amazing Russian food.
