Ebay buyer problem, advice needed HELP?

I sold a Sony PS3 in excellant condition with 3 Singstar music games for £170 & £20 Recorded P&P and the buyer payed by cheque.
When payment cleared and the buyer recieved goods I got a email from her (the buyer) saying that she is dissapointed and expected a microphone too and the game cases were cracked so she froze the payment.

In my ebay description I clearly listed what was included (PS3, power cable, TV leads, controller, 3 games) and the cases were in perfect condition so it must have been wrapped badly (done by post office).

A dispute is now open and I got a email from paypal (I dont know why, they payed by cheque) with 5 option:
Issue the buyer a refund for the disputed amount of £190.00 GBP. The
buyer can keep the item(s).

Issue the buyer a refund for the disputed amount of £190.00 GBP. The
buyer must return the item(s).

Offer the buyer a partial refund in an attempt to close this
claim.(The buyer indicated that a refund of £40.00 GBP would be
satisfactory.)

Provide proof that the buyer has already been refunded.

Disagree with claim. I would like to provide additional information.

The only one that only suits me is the refund and return item option but i'll be £20 out of pocket, some of them are a joke.

Is there anything else I could do or say because at the end of the day she has only got to complain about a bit of plastic broken on a case and its not really my fault she assumed a microphone was included when it wasn't even listed anywhere.

"The buyer indicated that a refund of £40.00 GBP would be
satisfactory" £40 for what exactly?? some plastic?? Could she be trying to pull a fast one on me?

Help please : (

Remember that it's the seller responsibility to take whatever precaution necessary to avoid damages to the objects during the expedition, that I suppose wasn't insured.
Underline both to eBay and to your buyer that in your ebay description you clearly listed what was included and that she can't claim the mic is missing. Then choose how much value you think your games have lost due to the breaking of the cases: do you think that a £40 refund is satisfactory to you or not?
I advise against disagreeing with claim (unless you want to propose a smaller refund) and suggest to refund £40 if you agree or to ask your items back if you think you're right. (I'd choose this last one and then open another auction)

EDIT: there's no point at asking her a picture of the damage, because if she's trying to defraud you, she'll make it herself.

Send a copy of the ad to ebay and explain to them that there was no microphone included. As for the packaging, the post office should be responsible for that, but good luck, they don't admit to anything. If you request it to be shipped back to you make sure she pays for a tracking number and you do the same for her if that's what you decide.

    Good Luck!

If you ask for pictures, the buyer could just put cracks in the cases if that is not the case. Do you have pictures of the item before the sale? My advice would be to use the photos as evidence. At worst, you cut your shipping losses and take the item back. That is quite a ridiculous claim. I would send her a few paper sleeves and charge her for the postage.

E-mail her and ask for pictures of the damage that she says is on the item to see if there is actually any damage ,if there is damage, she'll have no problem about proving it, say you will not take any action unless you have proof there is damage. She'll have no right to say about any microphone as there we'll be written proof on ebay that you never listed one.
Other than that ....if there is photographic proof of damage on the item..i don't think there is much else you can do.
    Sorry .
