I have a black n yellow shield in bottim right hand corner of my screen, i dont know where it came from and i?

cant get rid of it, it pops up saying my computor has threats n viruses, harmfull soft/hard ware n to activate (buy) also appears full screen with a red warning saying computor at risk, but i have panda security, please help me remove it thanks

I suggest you run a scan with malwarebytes .

you can get malwarebytes here,
this is a direct download link
so you should have no trouble getting it.
click on this link ↓ and then select run.

INSTALL IT TO YOUR DESKTOP, update it,
then run a full scan and remove everything it finds.

some viruses will try to disable it
so if malwarebytes will not startup
then go into the folder it is in and rename the mbam file to XXX
then double click on the file you just renamed to start it up.

after you have used malwarebytes then do this online scan.
to make sure you have nothing else hiding away.

its spyware. i really recommend getting spy sweeper its a great product and i use it on my customers computers when they are in need of malware removal.

it sounds like you have spyware on your computer, i had a similar problem a few weeks ago, turn your computer off restart in safemode and download hitman pro 3 from

this worked for me i tried malwarebytes but it was ineffective

Sounds like windows is letting you know that your antivirus is out of date - is it windows defender that opens?
You should be able to switch it off, but it might be worth checking for updates to panda as thats what its fussing about
