With ref to my earlier question about Maybach. Is it the same Maybach that produced the engines for the Tiger ?

It was common for tanks to use aircraft engines; Maybach being one. Their engines were also used on zeplins. (may have been older version).

    I can't find your earlier question, so I'm going to take a guess as to what you mean.

    Today's Maybach is a companion brand to Mercedes-Benz who owns the rights to the name and logo. It bears no relation with the original Maybach company which died when it ended-up in Russian-occupied East-Germany after WWII.
