True or false:-weight training is useless without cardio training as well?

    False
    Because weight training increases your muscle strength as well as size. It will also help your cardiovascular and respiratory system. Cardio is for endurance and enhancement of cardiovascular and respiratory system. If you do both it would be better if you don't do it will help up to an extant.

    it depends what you want to build up. If you want to be an all rounder then yeah i would suggest building up both but it really depends.

    Cardio training is usually used as a warm up. That makes the answer true/false.

    True: If you do not warm up, you could injure yourself and your muscles, and in the long run, your muscles end up getting smaller/weaker.

    False: You can use different warm ups, (that also help produce different results), like swimming. Not intense swimming but, just doing a few slow laps.(helps make you grow taller).
    Walking -> Jogging is also a good warmup.

    *I guess it also counts as semi-true if you have heart problems and want a stronger recuperation.

    true and false. Weight training burns the most fat. But then again u should atleast do a lil bit of cardio b4 u start to lift so that blood is circulated well around ur body.

    useless for doing what they both do different things one strenghtens the muscles concerned with movement and cardio strenghtens the heart muscles and lungs
