Could you please suggest me the best way to get to Berkeley from Gatwick and from London?

Just knowing the name of the main bus companies in the UK would be of great help :)

I mean, Berkeley Glouchestershire.. I'm interested in visiting the Edward Jenner Museum. Anyone ever been there? Does it worth a visit or would it be a waste of time?

It is a bit in the middle of nowhere. I would contact the museum and ask them which is their nearest train station and then go to www.nationalrail.co.uk and use the journey planning facility.
