What is the Nm or ft lb specifications for the cam shaft baring cap bolts on a 1992 volvo 940 turbo?

Putting the engine back together after changing head gasket and i was wondering if anyone had this info.
Like i said it's the 2.3 lt engine of a 1992 volvo 940 turbo sedan.

15 ft/lbs, 20Nm With a light coat of oil on the threads.

It isn't the torque setting that matters as long as they are tight using a standard size spanner.The important thing is that both bolts are at the same tension so the cam is pulled down even on to it carrier,that the caps are fitted to their original pedestals as the head is line bored and that they are lubricated on assembly
