If you are looking for a good price then try one of the smaller family run guest houses on Plymouth Hoe. Try The Avalon Guest House.

I would go with the Jurys - - looks like a reasonable price, and the Jurys hotels are always nice.

The Copthorne is very popular and looks to be well-priced, too.
