Best way to get to Wrestlemania 25 at Reliant Stadium?

Question

We're staying at the Holiday Inn near the Galleria. 3131 WEST LOOP SOUTH
HOUSTON, TX 77027. Are we best hiring a car or is there a bus,metro that can get us to the event and back to the hotel after the event? I think its 8 mile away. Are we best going early on the day, if we do is there stuff to do before we go into the stadium, entertainment, resteraunts, bars etc.

Catch a cab from your hotel to the Galleria. Specifically Post Oak at Hidalgo, which is the southeast corner of the mall.

Get on the #73 bus (Bellfort Crosstown Eastbound). It will take you right to Reliant Park. The trip will take about 35 minutes. There may be a stop on this route closer to your hotel, but you are on the opposite side of Loop 610 so maybe not. Ride the bus back (Westbound). One thing. I don't know what day you are going, but the schedule changes.

During the week, the last bus passes The Dome (Reliant Stadium is next to the world famous Astrodome) at 11PM, but Saturdays the last bus is closer to 12:30.

just catch a cab both ways and not alot of things to do if you get early but it is advisable to get there early
