Athens nights any suggestions?

Question

Hallo there! I will be visiting Athens 13-17 November (Thursday-Monday) with my boyfriend. I would like to ask you
1. Can you recomment a nice disco for couples?
2. Is the Hilton Galaxy a nice place to visit?
3. A nice restaurant for a couple at Psiri for example?
4. a good cinema complex?
5. any ideas for an excursion to an island?

what else can you recommend?

1. If you can dance, go to Gene Kelly ballroom, Sigrou Avenue 5, center of Athens.
2. Yes. But expensive!
3. Cosa Nostra (gourmet Italian)
4. Ster Cinemas, Aghios Eleftherios Train Station
5. Go to Argosaronicos, especially Hydra. Nearby and cosy!

Careful: 17th November there may be some fuss around the centre - avoid it. It is a sort of national celebration...

And of course, do not miss Acropolis!

The Hilton Galaxy is a nice place to visit, but why spend an evening in a cinema complex? Any restaurant in Psirri may be just the place. Stroll around and make a choice on the spot.
If you plan to go to an island do it during the 3 first days of your stay just in case the weather turns nasty and you can't leave from it.
I would suggest Egina or Spetses by Hydrofoil boats to have a short trip.
Alternatively a daily tour to Delphi would be a nice excursion.
One more daily trip can be done to Nafplion and the Epidaurus site.
A night in Kastella Piraeus also can be a nice outing especially during the full moon night.

the hilton galaxy is nice,great view but pricey. There ar loads of cinema complexs they are called Village Centre and Village park. For good food in Psiri try 'Platia Iroon'. For a short trip to an island try Hydra (gorgeous island 3 hours from athens loads of famous people have a summer house there and it gorgeous!)

p.s At 17 avoid centrum it would be a big demonstration or maybe some streets fights..
