Not for the easily offended, Fat girls?

I really dont mean to be offensive or rude (you'll be asking me how can it not be a offenseive =/) but I've always wondered if fat girls (and i mean really fat like size 20) need really big tampons. I know it is totally unacceptable for me to ask that, but i have because it's just one of those things I've thought about.

Just because a person has accumulated extra fat cells, their uterus does not get any bigger and their vagina does not get any bigger. Actually, some really fat girls don't have periods at all because of their weight. I have never seen any really, really big tampons sold, so I don't think that they need bigger ones than anyone else.

the size of the vagina is pretty much the same size no matter the size of the women. however larger women sometimes have a heavier flow which can cause them to need more protection be it tampon or pad.

When you go to buy your tampons do you see different ones for bigger women on the same shelf? No? Well then. Use some common sense.

And I wouldn't consider a size 20 really fat.
