I am wanting to get an organiser programme. I have heard that Lotus is good. Can anyone please advise.

Most applications can import information from a .csv (comma separated values) file. So, you would export your contacts from outlook, choosing a .csv file. Then when you have lotus, you can import from the .csv file you created. You may have to do some mapping (matching fields from outlook with the fields from lotus organiser), so just check the mapping before you import.
