How much will it cost to install electric windows in a Lotus Elise Type 72?

I have a Lotus Elise Type 72 and wish to upgrade the manual windows to electric ones - is this possible, and how much roughly will it cost?

I suppose it probably would be possible and would probably cost a lot......but why would you want to anyway??

its a sports car right? Its designed to be fast - therefore it needs to be lightweight - so it shouldnt have leccy windows - a small handle is a lot lighter than a load of electric motors and switches etc.

This is why i can't understand car manufacturers that build the sporty version of a car with air-con, leccy windows, 6 speaker stereo multichange cd players! Fair enough if it is a luxury model - but the sports model is meant to be...errr...sporty aint it?!

hey just be glad you have glass windows that actually open at all and not fixed perspex windows!!

Enjoy owning an elise for what it is - if you want leccy windows buy a fiesta st or summit!

Buy a different car. One with electric windows. As already stated, this is a sports car, not a luxury saloon. Try a Subaru or something similar. Quick, with all the gadgets.
