Is is Jomtien Beach a good place? I want to stay at Nusa Playa Hotel & Spa Pattaya, What do you think ?

Jomtien beach is one of the best place in Pattaya if you want to stay in a quiet area. Also, the beach is better than in the city center.
Furthermore, it is not difficult to reach the city center (10 minutes) from there with a baht bus (local taxis).

The Nusa Playa seems to be a quite nice hotel. All the reviews on Asiarooms about this hotel are positive:

If you stay in a good hotel yes Jomtien beach is a good place.

Spa is great!!!! but there are always spa and great hotels in other places.

Espacially you are a women. Go to Ko samet or Cha um maybe better. Or even better on some island in south.

Go to tripadvisor and check it out.There will probably be several reviews.There are hundreds and hundreds of hotels in Pattaya at a wide range of prices so it is worth doing a bit of research.I am planning my trip there next year.My son is in Pattaya,Thailand at the moment visiting his friend who's at a Thai boxing training camp.He says the place is beautiful.He's sharing a condo with his friend at €25 for 2 weeks!You can get decent hotels for as little as €30 a night and luxury ones are very reasonable too.

After reading the review I'd say you can get far better for a lot less.

Jomtien Beach is Ok most of the condos and high rises are in that area. Watch out for drunken Russians they like Jotiem.
