I have read other questions about this individual and would like a fresh outlook on him not just an historical one, for my website. www.thebigones.co.uk

The only "Springheel Jack" I know of was a character in a short story written by Stephen King. The story was called "Strawberry Spring." It was published in the collection, "Night Shift" in 1990.
