This is a massive resort hotel. When we arrived the hotel was full because of conference delegates and when we were shown to our room I thought it smelled fusty and looked a bit worn so we complained but they told us we would have to wait for another room.
The next day they moved our bags to another room and it was fabulous ! so if you think your room is not up to scratch then say so straight away.
The pool is great and didn't seem crowded although the restaurants were always busy - some things were expensive but you can eat in the hotel for a reasonable price. There is a good deli and buffet. We are from the UK and not used to American sized portions so we just asked for an extra plate to share or ordered 2 appetizers instead of an entree and they were fine about it.
Use the valet parking - the parking lot is massive and it takes ages to get parked and back to your room.
Have a great time
