3 star hotels in US?

Question

I am planing a 3 stop trip in the US, can anyone suggest good value 3 star hotels in Las Vegas, San Francisco and New York? I plan to travel in April

You can see a list of hotels with the different ratings at the following site. It is sorted by the star rating. You can see the starting prices. They have a list for all cities but the ones that you mention are the popular cities. Good luck..that sounds like an exciting trip!

I hate to sound like a stupid, gluttonous American, but I would be a little more specific about this. It's my assumption because you said in the US it's not your homeland. In my experience when I booked 4 star hotels in Europe I found the rooms small, the bathtubs (if I had one without changing rooms too small, great breakfasts you would never get here with a daily breakfast, etc. In the Carribean the hotel ammenities and common areas pretty nice, but for $800 a few days I want a nice firm bed. Also, in the US we are pretty lazy. You say NY. New York is a huge state. NYC is pretty small, but what are you going to do.

For example I might post in the NYC section: Does anyone know of a hotel easy to get to from the airport and in a neighborhood with more locals than tourists. I don't want to spend more than $150 USD/night. I need a clean place to lay my head, preferably with some breakfast included.
