Details on a wedding program are on the link; dates, names and the order of events.

I don't have like an actual Program Scanned into the computer but if you google is about.com or some site will come up giving you great samples. The main things you want to have in your programs are the names of key players (ex: bridal party, andy doing a reading, etc) then youo want to have a sequence of events (maybe list the songs that are being played (ex: prelude --Song X, Bridal Party March Song y) Also, you probably want to include any thank-you's. Perhaps to whomever helped pay for the wedding, put in extra time and effort to make things go smoothly etc. Good luck! Congrats on the Wedding!

i work in a function centre which means i see alot of receptions usually they go a little something like this:

    pre-dinner drinks
    everyone sits down
everyone stands up for the bridal party to enter
housekeeping - MC welcomes everyone etc.
    entree served
    speeches/toasts etc.
    main
    possibly more speeches/toasts
    cutting of the cake
    dessert served
a little time for people to eat then the bridal waltz and then people can get up and dance
tea and coffee can be served with cake either now or with dessert
    garter/bouquet etc.
    more dancing
    people go home.
if you like, i can save the outline from the next one we have and email it to you?
