I'm staying in Sao Paulo for 3 weeks, working on my own. Does anyone know some good friendly bars to visit?

It's not the best thing to do on your own, but it's either that or staying in the hotel by myself. I can't speak portuguese, but a few drinks should help with that!

Anybody in Sao Paulo reading this wanna drink ha?!

Sao Paulo is most dangerous and ugly city of world (TIMES).
It's 7 times violence of New York and 6 times of Rio de Janeiro violence and 3 times Iraq violence.

Sorry, I don't know any myself but when I was in Rio for a year I found a good web site called Gringos.com. Their are loads of Brits and yanks in Sao Paulo who have regular meets in a few bars, try it
