If i reserved a high tea in Burj Al Arab Hotel Dubai at 1st floor,can i visit other floors as well?

I had a reservation for the underwater restaurant and after that I made a tour of the whole hotel, basically went wherever I wanted. No one said anything, everyone was polite.

pretty sure it is only the floor where you need to go. You can book hotel tours for about 50.00GBP per person but they are pretty tight on having a nosey around!

Yes of course you can have a look around if you like garish decor you will love it

Once in the hotel you are free to visit all areas.

most time its not allowed to visit the floors coz of privacy reason but you can allways ask from the reception.

my personal advice is to book madinat jum instead burjalarab its worth seeing

You can't coz I have reserved all floors on that particular day.

Go and ask the attendants there simple instead of relying on flukes here.
