No, it is a gas giant. It also lacks storm bands, like the colorful stripes on Jupiter. This is because Uranus spins on an axis that is tilted 90 degrees from the "typical" axis of the other planets in our Solar System. This tilt and the plane of orbit combine to create an effect that prevents the formation of storm bands. It prevents the "Coriolis effect", so Uranus looks like undifferentiated gas, no stripes or colors.

no, cause uranus is a gas giant and gas giants don't have a solid surface.

I'd modify the answers above me and say that Uranus has no landforms that we know because as of now scientists believe that Uranus has no "solid" land. I say "solid" because if there would be anything solid, it certainly wouldn't be rock or anything of that nature.
