Recommended bars in NYC?

Hi! Me and my boyfriend are visiting NYC on 23 April for 3 nights, staying in the Wellington Hotel. Would like your advice on which nearby bars to go to in the evening. Also what to wear to the bars/theatre. Im worried that I will be too over/under dressed. Thanks x

I usually just wear business attire for the theatre. I will wear black dress pants and a nice blouse. You won't feel over or under dressed if you wear that. What shows are you going to see.

How old you will determine where you want to go in the evening?

McSorley's Ale House is always a nice to visit. They only serve ale and the menu is very limited but, Mcsorley's is rich in history and ambiance.

NYC is great! You should really come and visit it. I suggest you to go to the Rockefeller Center. It is really cool and fun to be in there, you would enjoy the shops, ice skating rink, museums, and the city itself. I also would suggest you to visit Time Square and Broadway Theater. There are awesome areas and places in New York City. You will love it! Enjoy!
