Tunisian recipes?

hi i need some recipes. i really want salata min sweeya and Ramandan tajeen, sorry about spelling, i cant remember, sousse recipes would be best, but i am thankful to all... any recipes. lol thanks

I am starting to post recipes on my Multiply site. I have pretty much just started to do this, so it's still fairly new. I will be adding to it regularly though. I don't know what Ramadan tajine is. Is it different from regular tajine?



As a suggestion, why don't you add recipes to your Multiply page, and then we can have a little ongoing "cookbook" between us?
