HELP?! 4 day itinerary for Stockholm?

Hi!
I go to Stockholm on 16th April for 4 nights with my boyfriend. We like to fill our city breaks with as much as possible and never stop. Please can someone help me make an itinerary? We want to see all the places below but we have no idea how far they are in relation to each other? And which order to put them in.

We arrive at midnight on the first day so that is out but we have;

all day and night on 17th April
all day and night on 18th April
all day and night on 19th April
all day until 3pm on 20th April

we want to see;
Vasa Museum
Royal Palace
The National Museum of Cultural History
Nordic Hotel Ice bar
The Archipelago
Birka Museum
Boat trip
Wine and Spirit museum
Authentic swedish meal
fasching
kvarnen
old town ( Gamla Stan )
Sivletto
Fjällgatan
Södermalm

Royal Palace is already on old town(gamla stan)...Vasa Museum is a 25-30 minutes walking distance from rolay palace and it is a really pleasant walk.From there you can continue to Skansen, first open air museum of the world and a must to see for Stockholm tourists.These are pretty much the very center of Stockholm and I believe you can take your authentic swedish meal around here.There are boat tours leaving very near to Gamla Stan so you can make your boat trip to archipelago from there too.Hope this helps,have a nice trip!..Stockholm is really nice!..
