Good, cheap shopping place in London and Paris near our hotels?

I will be staying in the National Royal Hotel in London and at Derby Garibaldi in Paris.

God and cheap don't go together in Paris and its harder to find in London. Your hotels in London is close to Oxford Street and Covent Garden where there are lots of shops. For something cheaper hop on a buss up to Camden
