go into your account settings for privacy and click off the box that says "display my online status"

sign in on myspace and go to edit profile paste the code on the top of ur about me section if u go to preview profile u will see that the myspace online icon will still be there and the one u choose will also be there dont worry when u click saves all changes button ur icon will be there
