yes, women lack the depth necessary to run a country ethically. I have never heard of a women writing any political\economic treatise or a system of ethics etc.

Especially when you consider the fact that, there is zero/no good example of strong and long lasting matriarchal society through out history. Matriarchal lack the strength and the will-power that patriarchal societies have. This further proves that matriarchal society is unsuitable and inadequate for the human race.

Patriarchy is the main reason why the human race continue to exist and advance technologically. We exist and are here today because of Patriarchy.

Camille Paglia is quite a radical feminist and has some unusual ideas. Although I see her point of view, mine is quite different.

Men and women had to work together to create the world we live in today. Without this, the human race would not have survived. No matter which part both played, without either society would have failed.

Women have become more educated and empowered and although we have a long way to go in terms of equality, or a huge influence in every area of our culture and society. As the world begins to become more equal, women will be even more able to be a equal force in change.

There are so many examples of female leadership, innovation and governments that far outshone patriarchies. Historically, while female led governments were rare, they tended to be times of exceptional peace, economical development and prosperity.

Not grass huts, but very far behind in technology. Female lead civilization would be a communist/very heavy socialist economy, therefore taking away any benefit for taking a risk in technology. Money would spent and redistributed rewarding unproductive behavior. Would a female society have the money or desire for space exploration?.
Also, since the vast majority of technical advancements have been made thru the military, would a female civilization pay for it?.

what do people define as civilisation anyway? that is a question that has not produced a decent answer. men are no better with civilisation as they would liek to think. just look around the world right now to see what i mean. under patriarchy we had slavery, colonialisation, wars that involved so many countries and continents, genocide, poverty on mass in poorer countries, racism etc.

Space exploration in my opinion hasn't brought that much benefit to us, if any at all? No, the only reason why women haven't invented a whole lot of things and haven't achieved a whole lot in the past is because they used to not have as many opportunities and rights. But there were still many smart women in the past. So I think things would probably be the same.

Guns fan, the only reason Matriarchies didn't last long is that warlike Patriarchies attack them. Their cultures worked just fine, other than that.The Celts did just fine with a very egalitarian system, they gave the Romans a damn hard time.

The average woman is..average. Agriculture is almost certainly a feminine invention, as women do just about all the plant gathering in primitive societies. Medicine too, again the plant focus. The others, probably more male than female, as you get twice as many male geniuses than female, due to distribution differences. There were plenty of female inventors, but a lot of them (UK history) had to have fathers or husbands apply for the patents, as women couldn't.

I think we'd have done better with the women in charge to tell you the truth. You'd still have the technically minded men about inventing machines, but their mums wouldn't have allowed them out on the rampage so much.

No, I think we males would still be hunting & fishing while the females kept the cave clean, made the clothes & cooked our meals for us. I know many home improvements that would go undone if not for my wife's insistance that they be done. I've suggested several young wives to assist her with the chores, but she's a mite narrow minded about things like that.

We are the one's that keep everything rolling; always have, always will. Women won't even take any of the risky, yet dirty essential jobs that men do. Unlike men, they don't build, design or invent anythng. This alone is evidence for you that women lack the drive and capacity.
