Yes,
definately, i was in Dhaka on business several years ago and staying at one of the bigger hotels. My business associate in Dhaka was very easily able to accomodate booze for dinners (alcohol is more of a vice than women). He even asked me on several occasions if i needed a lady friend for the night.
I accepted the booze at dinner but said no to the gilrs, but if thats your thing, money will get you pretty much anything you want in Bangladesh.

Steer well clear of temptation, as there are prisons that definitely WONT let women into your room.
