I find them the cheapest:

and all flights are non-stop.
You can search by date and you can always ask for a hotel.

I checked the Air Transat above, it seemed flying to Lyon from Toronto is in May and June and the total is 800.00 Canadian dollars for airfare.

If you don't find what you're looking for, best ring the agency up and see what they have to offer.

You can also try Air France: http://www.airfrance.ca/ - they would let you choose which date to fly and you get to see the prices also there is Hotels thing on that website, too.
