The only Wesley Hotel and Suites I know of is in Connecticut. It is a old motel with resident tenants and some hourly guests. A complete hole in the wall. Though Gabon is nowhere near San Antonio, so maybe if you ask on the Africa site, you may get a more appropriate response.
