Puerta San Miguel in Ibiza. Going in October for a quiet, relaxing break [hopefully with a bit of sun too!?

Never been to Ibiza before. Would appreciate peoples opinion on this part of Ibiza. Puerta San Miquel . Anyone been there? Club Galeon Hotel - anyone stayed there?

My wife, three kids and myself have been to Puerto San Miguel about 5 times!! We LOVE it! In fact, my wife is visiting friends in Puerto San Miguel at the moment!!

It is quiet compared to some other areas of Ibiza but the locals are very friendly and the food is great, if a little too 'brittish' at times? We stayed at Torremar - tell Miguel I was asking for him!

Try Cafe Sanata (Angela's) for a quiet drink or the restaurant an 'Mini Golf' for good food and friendly service!

If you don't expect too much but just a quiet relaxing time in good company, you will love it! I am very jealous, we didn't manage a trip this year!

Not sure about the Gallion, it's all-inclusive isn't it? We have never tried all-inlcusive before, we prefer self-catering. Better chance to meet to the locals etc.

I went there years and years ago with my mum and dad when I was a wee girl and I if its a quiet holiday you want then you are going to the right place. The beach is lovely too.
