Will Ferrari be pleased winning the championship by getting Mclaren kicked out?

What a pathetic bunch of losers Ferrari are. They are getting their butts kicked on the track and Raikkonen has been thrashed by Hamilton. So instead of trying to improve their car, they throw the dummy out of the pram and cook up this scam and stuff and nonsense about a stolen technical manual. (YAWN!).Typical Italians - just like their football team - whinge whine and moan when they lose. So if Mclaren get banned on Thursday Ferrari can celebrate a wonderful victory this season. I bet Raikkonen or Massa will feel so proud of themselves - what a great way to win a championship! I've followed F1 for over 15 years, but I will never ever watch it again if Lewis or Alonso have as much as 1 point deducted by the FIA. And I'm sure millions of fans, not to mention the sponsors feel the same. Go on FIA, you Ferrari biased Italian apologists - shoot yourself and F1 in the foot and ruin the sport for good, just so Ferrari will stop crying like big babies. Ferrari and the FIA - pathetic losers!

personally i think expulsion is too much a punishment for ANY team. I'm not just saying that because i am a McLaren fan. this is all down to 2 individuals and they should pay the price. i really hate the politics and dirty tricks that go on behind the scenes and when it spills out it makes one hell of an ugly mess. if, and i say IF McLaren are to receive a punishment i hope the FIA take the drivers into consideration. if it is proven that McLaren actually used any of the Ferrari data then they should be punished, but not by expulsion.
Kimi and Massa will not like to win a championship that way I'm certain. i mean they would always be known as the men who won the championship because the real winners were DQed. they want to prove themselves out on the track. as for the management, well that's a different matter. if McLaren are excluded i will be taking a holiday elsewhere instead of my beloved silverstone. i hear a lot of Ferrari fans saying McLaren should be kicked out blah blah this, blah blah that, but i bet they really haven't thought just how it will make their team look - second best. keep the battle on the track or it is going to be like the Schumacher years. off go the red cars into the distance, race after race with no competition, getting boring.

good answer. i can't beleive the FIA will DQ Mclaren for this season and next- but if they do it is the end of F1.the fans and tv viewers will leave in droves. who wants to see a 65 lap procession led by 2 red ferraris for 18 races a year!
oh come on!!!! Ferrari is the biggest team in this bussines and see mclaren this year!!! they struggle with their new car!!! last time they stole and used the Ferrari data so it was fair to kick them out!!! u talk about Mclaren like an innocent team!!! look what they did to Alonso!!

if mclaren are guilty and get punished they deserve it.if Ferrari had cheated would mclaren not want Ferrari punished?
i don't know what mclaren did or didn't do but hopefully the truth will come out on Thursday.
what ever the outcome it would have been better if this sorry mess had never happened in the first place.
i can't wait till next year hopefully there will be no more mess like this.

Ferrari WANT TO WIN. Their car isn't as competitive as they hoped. I think they will be happy to win, however it happens (although I'm sure they would prefer to race and win that way)

Cheating is Cheating so all you Mclaren fans can thank Ron Dennis and Alonso for ruining Hamiltons shot at the championship. If Ferrari still had Michael and not a hack of a driver that Raikkonen is then it wouldnt be a huge deal cause Ferrari would have won the majority of the races. Stop complaining.

Jean Todt and Luca di Montezemelo will indeed be pleased. They will boil it down to a case of "the other team cheated, so they would not have won if they played fair" or some such thing and there you have their reason for being happy.

Frankly I think it sucks to inherit a win when someone else is excluded after the fact, but these guys are in a cut-throat sport and they'll take the win any way it arrives (as would any other team in the sport).

even though you didn't ask a question in this rant of yours, i'll say that mclaren CHEATED, they obtained ferrari's data. something that isn't allowed. sounds like you jumped on the bandwagon a little too early because ferrari will once again prevail.

Ofcourse, they will be pleased. They are Ferrari!
Win at all and any cost is the name of their game.
It's a cut throat world of Formula 1 where pace on the track is not the only thing that decides who wins. Money, power, influeces, use it or abuse it, show no mercy or regret.
If you think F1 is a sport, you're just not getting it.
A win is a win, they'll take it in whatever form it comes.

That's the only way they can win it this year.

Don't forget that the FIA is only in the position of taking away points from Mclaren because Mclaren had Ferrari's intellectual property. The FIA would be in position to take points away if Mclaren did not break the rules.

Of course they will be pleased...and they will be pleased with the cash that will flow in if they win.

It's obvious Ferrari is the bully of F1. And the FIA is their dirty henchmen.

And they pulled off that nice police trick to try to bully McLaren just in time to kill their weekend...nice try Ferrari.

Nothing has been cooked up by Ferrari. McLaren admitted that they had the documents but they said they didn't benefit from the information. Now if something comes out in the new trial Sept. 13 that they did in fact benefit from the information, then they deserve to be kicked out.

But Ferrari won't be pleased about it. No competitive team in any sport should be happy about winning something just because another team gets disqualified. Ferrari only has themselves to blame for getting beat on the track this year. Un-Ferrari like reliability problems have plagued them this year along with some mental blunders.

And you need to get over your hatred for all things Italian.
